The Module

On the third floor of CSA, to the left and right of the music theory classroom, stood three practice modules. When facing the short staircase that led to the Music Theory classroom, positioned on a platform above the third floor, was a single practice module to the left and two to the right.

Because I was encouraged to use the Music Theory period to pursue other more productive activities, I found myself forming a strong bond with the furthest left practice module, on the right side of the short staircase, which encased a tattered black upright piano. The module to the left of the staircase also encased a black upright piano, however, I chose the one to the right of the staircase mainly because the piano was positioned so that I was able to view passing students with my peripheral vision. Whereas the piano in the module to the left of the staircase was positioned so that my back was facing the door.
