A Contemporary Lullaby

I had mentioned in the previous post that I had written some additional layers and lyrics for Untitled 1, however, Bryce and I decided to leave them out for the performance.

I recently decided to gather and reapproach the ideas I had relative to Untitled 1, resulting in my first official release, Lie Down (Lullaby). The original lyrics, for Untitled 1, were simply Lie Down, Next to me. Expanding on this idea, I added a chorus and background vocals at the end of the piece. I kept the same tempo and many of the additional layer's phrasing, though I heavily refined original instrument choices. The outcome was not a traditionally structured song, instead, a contemporary lullaby.
